BUT HERE'S THE KICKER. You would expect me to say that female Kirin should be telekinetically weaker in that case, because a male can knock up 50 women a day and a female can only knock up herself. HOWEVER. A little-known fact about equines is that they can self-abort by choice. A mare can terminate a pregnancy early whenever she deems it too risky for the foal's survival, or for whatever other reason. We can reasonably expect Kirin can also do this, seeing as they are obviously closely related to Ponies in some manner.
You know what this means?? Stallion-on-mare rape doesn't work in this world, not for getting pregnant. In real horses the mare will sometimes accept it cuz they're dumb animals and they don't care. But Ponies are intelligent, enough to know that the stallion who just raped you obviously isn't gonna help take care of the foal, and will be nothing but terrible for you. They raise children for 20 years like humans do so it's greatly preferred if the dad can stay and support the foal. (And also Ponies have pesky morals since they're sapient.) So in 99.99% of cases the mare will simply abort the rape baby, it does not advantage her or the child to keep it. Stallion rape thus wouldn't happen very often in Equestria, because you are putting yourself in HUGE risk that the community is gonna fucking heavily retaliate against you and outcast you, and there's NO biological benefit because the mare will just terminate the pregnancy, and your genes won't pass on to the next generation. Any stallions who are rape-prone will be very unlikely to pass on their genes, it's way too much risk for no biological pay off.
WHICH THEN THEREFORE MEANS that stallions can't really force mares to have foals.......but mares CAN force stallions to impregnate them. (Especially Unicorns and Kirin, again cuz telekinesis means they can overpower the opposite sex without physical strength.) THEREFORE I suggest that in fact, male Kirin would have weaker telekinesis than female Kirin, because this enables females to rape them more easily and thus spread their genes more often. If Mother Nature is feeling a little bit more clever than that, she can make it so that male Kirin aren't ordinarily weaker telekinetically, but when the female Kirin is in HEAT, then something changes which enables the female Kirin to overpower the males if needed. It makes biological sense. If male Kirin can't successfully rape offspring into existence, then evolution would push the females to do it because they have the open opportunity for it. So that's why male Kirin would be easily overpowered and at the mercy of female Kirin.
