Here's the schedule. I wake up at 3-o'clock in the morning, sharp, and then ????? and after that I'm more than ready for a mandatory single hour of rest beginning at 2-o'clock the next morning, which gives me just enough time to get up an hour later at 3-o'clock and... you get the idea.
