I admit I'm not that into commissioning plushies, but it's always struck me as odd how Nero Fledermaus is almost never mentioned here.
I find him quite underrated, considering the great work he does with his outfits, accessories, style, and even something as cool as plushies with his tongue out, which isn't often seen but he manages to make it look good and very lewd.

The patterns themselves. Sure it's a pony, but after years of seeing so many patterns, some stick with me heavily, and others I don't really prefer.
You imagine you want your pony to look a certain way and are unwilling to compromise, especially if she's going to run you upwards $1500. Why would I just compromise when I know there's something else I want?
Something like pic related but unstuffable and with removable manes for washing like what Ponimalion does. I believe he is the only one making plushies that way.

Tendie dinner set was Charity's department. Those didn't go through merch and I do not know if they had any leftovers. We got rid of every single 2023 and 2024 branded item this year, with the exception of some 2023 filly inspection cards we found with distribution after the con. Likewise, there is no hidden stash of con store merch from 2025: it all sold. There are 2025 sponsor items that'll be getting cleared out at the 2026 con store, but any hopes you have of the 2024 tote bag will have to be from another anon.

We see her room being full of trophies in Castle Sweet Castle. The floor is tiled in a similar way in some shots of Tanks for the Memories and Secrets and Pies. Her door is pretty different in the show: Rounded at the top, no windows and a darker shade of blue from the inside (though, her door is a rectangle in other iterations, but still without windows like in Griffon the Brush Off). She has no brown wooden furniture; their colours range from white, to turquoise, blue, and purple in the show. She does have a blue stool in Secrets and Pies, but not a chair with a backrest like there. In the show, she also has sofas and couches made out of a cloudy material. She has many vases with flowers and lifesize Wonderbolt stone statues in the show as well, which we don't see in the build. I didn't see any pennants, clocks, or a fridge. She actually has shields on her wall similar to those in the show, but in a different colour, shape and pattern - though, also including a star (along with a lightning).

it looks simple enough to affix with superglue. Hot glue isn't great for things like this though, tends not to be very strong. You might also be able to do some touch-ups with paint to repair the visual damage once the wing is back in place.

Vinyl glue will do a better job, and you can find it in most hardware stores.

As already mentioned, make sure the adhesive is suited for plastics. Loctite plastic bonder does well for these types of figures, but anything similar should work. Regular superglue may not form a strong enough bond and it'll snap. Especially on such a small figure.

I'm terrible at posting my pony merch gets as I acquire them so here's a collection of various items from the past year. The lenticular Dashie sticker I got from a comic convention. It was the last one in stock. The vendor also had a Twilight one. The other Dashie is a handmade, cross-stitched (?) magnet that I found at a local store. Not a place I expected to see pony but they had various non pony ones too and also a Ponka.

The Fluttershy and Celestia magnets are officially licensed merch that I randomly came across on Amazon. They had some other MLP magnets as well. I find the Celestia vector interesting because she has eyeshadow and a unique expression. And finally, the pins are a somewhat recent order from FYE's online store. It's definitely old stock. They had a decent amount of old stock pony merch for sale so I suggest giving it a look if you're in the U.S. Anyway, thanks for reading /)

It is as I feared then. If it was show accurate I'd get the set for the Mane 6 but for some reason this and Twilight's one just don't seem fitting while the rest of the 6 are painstakingly recreated. If the Twilight and Dash one were more accurate, heck, even if it was their classroom in School I'd have maybe got the whole set. The Bed set for Dash is pretty faithful to her room right? Not a replica but from memory a lot of the elements there hold up
The bed sets all look faithful in comparison to but I prefer the pony+house design for 4 of them and it'd be weird to mix and match

I wish I'd held onto the bits of merch I got as a kid, even if it was very little. I remember one chapter book, one issue of the comic, a slap bracelet, and some of the trading cards.
