Serious discussion of Sci-Twi's character

I'll just put it out there: Sci-Twi is a boring poochie character.
She has no memorable personality, no goals, no internal conflict.
If you like her, it's ONLY because you jerk off to her (or altenatively, you're a dyke self-inserting as her and shipping her with Sunset). No one on /mlp/ EVER discusses anything about this character aside from how much they want to fuck her.
There's nothing fun or interesting about her personality, she's extremely bland and forgettable when put next to Lauren's strong characters.
Some people say regular Twilight is a Mary Sue, but Sci-Twi in some ways is way worse in that regard. Consider this: real Twilight had to struggle with things like her stubborness and control tendencies, the show could always afford to laugh at her and that made for fun conflict. What flaws does Sci-Twi have that she has to struggle with?
You would never get a funny episode like Feeling Pinkie Keen or Lesson Zero with Sci-Twi because she's too much of a generic poochie to ever be the butt of the joke or do anything funny, she always has to be righteous or, at the very worst, misunderstood. Her entire struggle is "getting bullied by her classmates" and then "getting bullied by her evil self".
The way I see it, she's a boring, uninspired character who barely has any agency of her own. But you're free to try to argue otherwise in this thread, provided you give some reasons besides "she's a good character because I want to fuck her".
