As someone who has been to all three Mare Fairs now, I'm happy to say the team knocked it out of the park this time and found that middle ground that should appease most people who are coming. I think attendance will stagnate around 1.5k unique attendees, so long as they can keep finding reasons to bring people around, and keep the convention near the same venue and at the same time. So long as some new management doesn't come in and completely fuck up everything, hopefully we can see this convention keep going for another half decade. Glad to say I was there for the first year and hope I can continue offering my patronage. Please don't change anything else about your rules or push anything else out. I was happy to see a couple little Aryanne's hiding around in backpacks with their heads sticking out. The attendees understand jokes and boundaries. You've found your groove, now just stick to it and ride the wave. Don't go looking to expand too much either, that will be a death keel, like what happened to BronyCon.
