I was think of pitching an intermission block at the season's halfway point, except season 3 obviously, since this has been done before in other Annis. I was thinking like 4 hour mid season intermission, which again has been done before, I think.

Well if the other jannies or admins do it again like last year, what are you going to do realistically? Usually theres at least 500-600 users these days and about 70-120 are made up of rewatchers who are guaranteed to want to rewatch the show, and maybe another 100 that have abstained to rewatch it all during the Anni. That leaves rougly 280-380 users that could be there to watch the show or could be there for a big chatroom and vibes. I'm guessing its one of the reasons that all the filler spam and autism blocks that push seasons hours past their traditional time ranges has been tolerated. Sadly to say, it is what it is.
