World of difference between carrying gym weights, a person or even objects that weigh alot. I’ve seen someone with bodybuilder muscles FAIL to lift 90lb and I’ve seen a 60 something year old, seemingly scrawny guy who worked on a farm most of his life, carry a fridge on his back.
