This server uses a plugin that changes the stats of some weapons. See https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2717299 for more info. All reverts except for the old airblast are active by default, and most reverts can be toggled in-game.

Consider installing mastercomfig if you have frequent frame drops, bad hitreg, poor network connectivity, or are new to the game. See https://mastercomfig.com/ for easy installation. It is STRONGLY recommended that all players install some preset of mastercomfig since TF2's default netcode settings have not been changed since 2007.

The OP says active hours start around 7-9 pm EDT, which would be fine, but it's actually around 10 pm, or after.

This whole thing is in reference of HorseTV getting kicked out of the game when 32+ players join the server, I wondered: how would that make her feel? At least the first time it happened.
In my head canon, HorseTV takes every screen cap posted in the thread, every clip shared and every recording, it's all her doing. She's the only one with a camera after all. Also, in case it wasn't clear, I think it fits her to have an alias just like the mercenaries! TVs have yet to be invented in equestria after all

HorseTV isn't a cry baby, she's just very artistic. And as most artistic types, she's a bit melodramatic, sometimes overly emotional. This isn’t a critique towards anybody, it’s just my real life experience talking.
As always, if you have any observations feel free to let me know. This one felt weird to write, maybe because I couldn’t fall back on TLU because I don't feel like everyone knows HorseTV's colors that I didn't want to describe her using clothes and coat color.

No. The closest things to an "inner circle" discord there have been would either be the server owner's personal discord full of his circlejerkers but that has little to do with the server itself. Or there used to be a friend group discord that consisted of mainly people from here but that's been dead for a few years now.
Your best bet is the steam group chat. It serves the exact same functions as a discord server.

Except the RTR still suffers from sapping buildings up to three times as slowly as before, which is plenty of time for an engineer to not only have ample opportunity to get the sapper off, but also possibly to wait out the respawn timer and get the sapper off in the next life.

To paraphrase what someone else has mentioned before in the chat, this is fine for a PvE mode where hordes of enemies come rushing at you, but not necessarily for a PvP mode where the number of enemies is far smaller.

The funny thing is that does not really solves the issue of not having melee resistance upgrades in a mode that allows to upgrade the damage of your sword
Like for example, at 4 damage upgrades you will 1 regular hit any 125 hp class, and you will 1 mini-crit hit a Medic with 150 hp. The only thing you can realistically do is hug a Medic that has many Overheal upgrades.
