Most of them are using Little Red Book, but every once in a while you'll see one posting on Twitter or Pixiv or directly to a Booru.

REDNOTE/Xiaohongshu is a good middle ground to find them. Most Anons don't know how to use Instagram/Tik Tok, but it's their chinese version and it's surprisingly easy to get there.
The Chinese part of the fandom is just as unhinged and talented as this side of the globe. And they're far more into pone than Koreans and Japanese artists.
The real bane of us is Lofter. Lots of artists prefer to use Lofter rather than Pixiv or Rednote, but if you're not on Chinese grounds, it's really hard to get in it, navigate it and even moreso making an account.
It's why I started learning Chinese, but damn this shit is hard.
