The loudest virtue signalers tend to be the worst kinds of people
"Love and tolerance" never meant what 99% of these people thought it meant

Pretty much. The people who preach "inclusion" and "acceptance" are the least accepting of people who don't share their opinion. After all, that's what the whole list in the bottom of the image is: people that don't share their opinions that they hate under the guise of "they are bad people".

Good thing about being an adult is that you recognize that MLP is a kids show written by human writers, and that some of the morals and scenarios presented on screen should be taken in with nuance rather than at face value.
I do think the average board user is genuinely hateful in a way that fundamentally is at odds with caring about ponies. 'I'd stop hating everyone and everything if I was around ponies' just doesn't add up to me.
>>42659260 >the people who are somewhat annoying are worse than actual nazis
Yeah sure whatever, loser
>>42659422 >be a bad person >be responsible for everyone not wanting to associate with you as a result >can't accept that you're the problem so just blame everyone else and socialize with other similarly shitty people who don't have standards

The crowded lettering makes it look like the kind of xerox leaflet I might produce but I don't see anything there about not being gay so I don't think it was me

Neither Rarity nor Applejack would approve of someone whose core ideology is based on the mass expulsion or killing of people they don't like, sorry! Like I said, if they knew what that meant they would be extremely upset.
>>42659944 >By being a disingenious(sic) faggot?
There's nothing disingenuous about saying that Nazi ideology is inherently based around the expulsion or killing of undesirables and that ponies wouldn't approve of that. I don't think you're a bad person, I think you've just convinced yourself that you have to feel the way you do because your enemies are too dangerous, but I hope someday someone or something changes your mind. It makes me sad when people are driven by hatred.

Do you think it could possibly maybe perhaps be the case that being polite and respectful to people who don't deserve it could POSSIBLY be mildly unethical?
>>42660032
I think that when I'm on the internet and all I can do is use my words, I'd rather use my words in a way that creates the world I want to have exist, even if it's in an extremely minor way. Telling someone I hate to kill himself doesn't change anything, it just gives some momentary endorphins.

No its not unethical at all. Its unethical to attack physically those being polite. Take for example the "punch a nazi" thing. A lot of innocent people were attacked by hateful bigots that judged them by the color of their skin.
