Why're you poo's so troglodyte tier

Every week on every board there should be a site wide vote to determine what the worst threads are. At the end of the week, the top 3 worst threads are stickied in a thread for each board to see along with the IP address and country of the OP. A second vote is then given to determine if that OP should be banned for 6 months and if the majority passes, that anon will no longer be able to post for 6 months.
