The problem with this album is the retarded lyrics. It has some of Paul's best singing, and the music is catchy and assertive.
But, when he's belting out half-witted bullshit like, "Ketchup, Don't get left behind," it's hard to love this album.

It’s incredibly easy to love this album from the very first track. I was listening to sgt peppers lonely hearts club band the other day for the first time and I found the vocals incredibly irritating. Paul is great on here though so it must not have been his fault the Beatles sound was so grating.
