Wait until you hear Gossamer.

The post-MGMT run was a crazy time for indie and anybody with "pop viability" was getting a shot.
Mr. P. Pit turned out to be a weirdo BPD histrionic but it made for 2 great albums.

Also shout out Seventeen Evergreen who opened for MGMT and Passion Pit back in the day - they always deserved better

I can’t stand the “indie-tronica” movement of the late 2000s/early 2010s. Those bands all sucked shit and they had the worst album covers that all looked like rave vomit.
