I think the White Album provides the most complete depiction of who the band were in a single package, compared to their other albums. There might be 1 or 2 songs on Rubber Soul and Revolver that are better, but if some asked me “who are The Beatles?”, they’d get the most comprehensive answer through the White Album.

Was my favorite Beatles album for a long time. Some tracks are better in mono, but others 100% require stereo, so the stereo mix is definitive.
