I'd live past the age of 27, not leave my daughter to be raised without a father and then he completely forgotten about except by cock lusting zoomers. All of that aside, his death worked out for everyone. One less retard on this earth and his daughter married into the Tony Hawk legacy and Tony is infinitely cooler than Kurt ever was. Have fun rotting in hell, Kurtis.
>>126753463 (OP)Hey my royalties tripled.
It's called turning shit into gold
>>126754560It's called being a hack. At least he gave it his all. He was the best hack he could be.
First time I heard "Man Who Sold the World" it was the Nirvana Unplugged version and I thought to myself "what an awesome tune, I don't remember hearing about them writing this one" until of course shortly thereafter I stumbled upon the original D.B. version and then I thought to myself "yeah no wonder why people associate this song with Nirvana", Kurt made it their song. Same thing with how Disturbed made Sound of Silence their song and how Bad Wolves made "Zombie" their song. It's not that the original versions are bad - because they're not. It's just that the covers are superior.
The Vaselines are dogshit
>>126755588Checked, but Meat Puppets are kino though.
>>126753463 (OP)Miles Davis did the same shit desu
Just forget Nirvana please already. They really werenโt that good and they brought nothing new to the table.
It's the music industry. Everybody is making money off of someone else's riff they altered, beat they enhanced, song they changed a bit. Last week I heard a song played by Metallica but was someone else's song from back in the day. The crazy thing is that the guitar riff matched Stacey's Mom.
>>126755229oof. cha cha cha mosquito bros...is it true?
>>126753479this. the song belongs to the person who was able to make people actually care about it
>>126756634Sounds like a lot of cope for a very huge hack
>>126756667Hacked the industry for sure, pile of garbage it is.
>>126756667having something that sounds like your song get big when yours failed to sounds a consolation prize at least. shows you made something good that people would like
>>126757005nah it's not cope. making people care about something is a credit in itself.
