Prosecutors brought a shitty case forward. People thought they had more, but they've wasted most of their time just trying to argue that he's just a bad person. Which isn't a crime per se. You wouldn't want to that to happen to you, would you?
>>126817666 (OP) >>126817777
checked
trafficking/racketeering charges are flimsy as hell and there's no actual law against being a freaky ass nigga, also the redpilled know he only got busted cos he tried to fuck with Diageo.
He will walk, the coming home from prison freak off bout to be so lit
>>126818229 >No, he had provable underage victims
that was a super-bogus case. he hired a teenager to work in his nightclub as a hat check girl, she didn't show up for work on time and he fired her so she got butthurt and claimed he prostituted her but there was no actual evidence of it. the guy got railroaded because he was a black man in 1961 and TPTB didn't like anyone associated with rock-and-roll they also drafted Elvis to be rid of him.
He brought her in from the other side of the country to be his live-in whore. She didn't just happen to show up just St. Louis. Berry was a lifelong depraved criminal freak who belonged in prison or on the scaffold. There's a reason armed robbery used to be a capital offense.
>>126818274
Not him but I don't think that should count as sex trafficking as that would imply you were part of some larger criminal outfit engaging in this activity which was not the case here. At most he might have been charged with statutory rape as the age of consent in Arizona where this occurred was 18.
>>126818243 >everyone isn't siding with him, just the MAGA trash because Diddy is Donnie's "good friend".
It's not a MAGA thing. I'm not MAGA. I asked a simple question earlier. >>126817777. How would you like to be prosecuted just for being a bad? Not to say you are bad, but theoretically speaking, this is a fucking goofy, as a legal matter. Nor have they even charged him with a lot of the shit they're bringing up. It's just way to get the jury to hate him. The case is going off rails. If there's more to it, you should be pissed at them for wasting precious time instead of swinging your fist in the air about some political bullshit. This is not the position any normal human being would want to be in... where your court case goes off rails and just becomes about your reputation in general. This is third world shit.
>>126818245 >The guy got railroaded because he was a black man in 1961 and
Technically 1959 as he was charged in December of that year but it was over a year before it went to trial.
The case is flimsy because apparently Diddy hired male escorts? That's a bit gross but they were presumed consenting adults so it's really hard to make a case that that was a crime.
>>126818375
The boys Diddy raped have still yet to come forward. And I doubt they will since many of them now have their own ugly, even criminal history they don't want exposed.
>>126818369 >tax evasion
there's your answer. he was cheating his taxes and that was the real reason. they learned their lesson from Al Capone.
>Capone gets charged with tax evasion for lack of any other good means to get at him (couldn't for example prove he murdered anyone) >this backfired on the Feds because people be like "Hey you guys didn't actually care about the people he killed just that he owed money" >it was bad optics so since then they just use some cover story like sex trafficking when the real reason is you were evading your income tax
>>126818375
They just infer things and can't show receipts and go line by line and build a real case. They know it themselves otherwise they'd do it. Shitting on rep + causing suspicion based on inferences has convinced thousands of juries in the past. But usually not someone this famous.
If you were a druggie or had some domestic issues, but you were on trial for some theft or some shit - and there was flimsy evidence of it, the right prosecutor can still fuck your life because he made you look like the biggest piece of shit anyways.
>>126818409
Conversely, you could be a real witness to something, but a defense lawyer could use all the same tricks in reverse and make you look like a piece of shit too.
>>126818409
Weren't able to get Michael Jackson for same reason. not enough proof he did anything. there was a lot of inferrence that he was a creepy fuck but they couldn't actually prove he drilled a 10 year old's butt.
>>126818369
The girl was 14 so that was below age of consent in any state. At most he was guilty of statutory rape but sex trafficking was a little excessive.
>>126817666 (OP)
He has enough dirt on all of them and is threatening to take em all down with them. Sort of why they offed epstein because he had too many connects with powerful niggas in office and shit
>>126817666 (OP)
He’s a cuck freak but aside from beating up cassie I can’t see what crime he has committed, their was no sex trafficking or rape, they were all willing participants
>>126818594 >their was no sex trafficking or rape, they were all willing participants
As anon said he hired male escorts but if they were adults and willing participants it's hard to argue any crime was committed. If he raped underage boys you're also going to need some proof or he walks ala MJ and the alleged victims aren't eager to testify due to their own dirty histories.
he could have pled guilty and gotten 3-5 years but he pled innocent so he and his lawyers must feel confident he can beat the charges. if he gets acquitted those prosecuters will be disgraced as badly as the tards who went after MJ.
>>126817777
yeah it was basically "some guy is rich and famous and has a lot of sex, and he's also a mean person, therefore some of the women must have been raped" type of deal but nothing really came out of it other than him behaving shitty on a few occasions. I was expecting some Epstein type of shit that was going on.
>>126818594
They made it seem like Cassie was being held hostage the whole time but there's a lot of texts indicating that she was happy with the ordeal. She could've left him at any time but chose not to.
like i mean yeah we know dude's a creepy fuck but you need actual evidence like videos of him railing Bieber's tight bussy to get a conviction otherwise it's just hearsay
>>126822421
you could rely on witness testimony i mean nobody filmed Jerry Sandusky but there were witnesses who saw him do it. except here no Diddy witnesses will come forward because they all had dirty hands and would self-incriminate by testifying.
I have to admit not following this case except for the recaps on WatchMojo and everything said sounds super evil and messed up so I am surprised about this too but maybe you can legally do messed up stuff.
Take that one haunted house https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CF8FJx1El7c
the people in the video did technically consent to everything done to them and nobody went to prison but your entire body mind and soul thinks what is happening in this video is absolutely hardcore evil.
The theoretical charges were that he was trafficking underage boys but they haven't been able to actually substantiate it for the reasons mentioned above and nobody who saw anything is talking because they were all complicit and would self-incriminate.
Fear. This guy blows up celebrities cars and probably killed at least one of his babymamas. He's operated with impunity for decades. Even now most people are still too afraid to say anything.
>>126824545
that was why they nailed Al Capone on tax evasion, they couldn't really prove anything else he did on top of obviously no RICO statutes at that time
