Most of their stuff holds up quite well. Christian emo Chads stay winning. I feel like As Cities Burn never got enough love. Their first two albums are amazing.

I didn't know any of it was Christian. When they were singing about God I just thought they were singing about women lol.

I'm pretty sure he was singing about women. The album was written after his grandmother died and his gf was hospitalized

yeah whether or not the members are christian, Copeland definitely isn't a christian band. but definitely part of that tooth & nail scene, they all toured together and played festivals together, that's mostly the scene i wanted to capture here. i'm sure others up there aren't christian either, i never bother to check

I think Copeland are a Christian band but they don't explicitly sing just about Christian subject matter. A lot of bands on the label were like that. Songs that were open enough to be applied to anything. Underoath moved away from it in later years. I think mewithoutyou are Jewish or something? That Copeland album definitely isn't a Christian one though. Beautiful album though. Tooth and Nail were putting out a lot of quality stuff.
