Every time someone is interviewed and they talk about him they claim he writes/records pretty much every day from 9 to 5 like a job. If this is true then mixtapes would be the perfect outlet for this since they're not taken that seriously. They're telling me he does all this yet can only put out a meh/good album every 4 years? wtf is he doing with all this shit hes supposedly writing/recording? But I guess he's probably more nervous about releasing shit nowadays. He should think less about it.

regarding the thread topic, lil b - 05 fuck em. regarding eminem, mixtapes were common from around 2000 to 2010, and weren't that common before or after. datpiff being taken down struck a major blow to mixtapes
