most people will recommend a scarlet, there's cheap behringer interfaces too if you're on a budget. you want support for at least two xls cables, and then you can get an sm57 and a condenser mic of some sort and blend them in post. a small mixer or di module will allow you to blend them before capture. its up to you if you want a blended signal or two discrete signals you can have minute control over in your daw. both are valid approaches.
do some research in regards to mic placement, the angle, distance and location of the mics have DRASTIC implications on the tone captured
