I saw a psycho-billy band a few years ago at a local venue that gets $12 shows regularly and the guys were in their 40s with mohawks and punk attire but to be honest their music wasn't even good and I still thought it was cool. The guy stood on an upright bass and played a guitar solo while the other guy kept playing the upright. That's pretty neat even for a band of aging manchildren. There were a few punks as old as the band there and they seemed to be having fun. Those guys are definitely morons but nothing is sad about it. What's sad is seeing narcissistic faggots I'm supposed to call my peers obsessing over rappers and falling for the absolute scam that is going to their fake, pathetic "live shows"

What is sad is an adult who never really accepted reality or matured enough to experience a full life. It’s pathetic seeing somebody who is still unfulfilled and discontent with life because they should have figured it out a long time ago.
All the aesthetics are more of an indicator of this than the actual cause of that feeling of second hand embarrassment. If this guy had the aura of someone who lived life and still has something to offer it you wouldn’t think twice about the hair or the piercings.
