I refuse to care what you believe. The argument about connectivity made more sense 15 years ago. You're never starved for connectivity. If you are, the power is out. If the power is out, you're limited to battery, which will run out. Eventually you're left only with making your own music or not listening to anything. My ipod touch is shitting the bed and my Macbook doesn't have the storage for my collection so sadly I hardly listen to music at the moment.

No fucking shit. The number of people listening to it is also minuscule. There are endless mountain ranges of worthless crap on streaming services with fewer than 1000 streams, and the amount of stuff only a handful of people would ever listen to if not actively looking for it is less than that. Download it if you want, maybe you even should, but it makes no argument whatsoever against streaming.

Thanks I'll look into that. Already have everything on an external hard drive but Apple Music can't handle it for some reason. Maybe it's the size of the library? It takes forever if it's on shuffle and even just playing an album or playlist causes it to freeze a lot.
