Did you really expect this to be good or anyone caring if nearly 80 year old parkinson's patents who can't walk put on a good show?
The whole point was to give them a proper sendoff the last concert without Ward didn't, and for Ozzy to get a proper solo sendoff too after having to cancel the last tour. No one cares if it sounds shit and everyone knew it would, that was never the point
