The first two albums were quite good, although a bit derivative.
It reminded me of the best elements of Husker Du and Soul Asylum, even though I don't think the band was from anywhere near Minneapolis.
I don't know any of their stuff after Soar, so I'm looking forward to listening to this.
Hope it's as good as he first two albums were.

Funny - they're one of my favorites but I haven't really heard those two first albums.
A band I really liked was excited to be opening for them, so I saw them on a whim having really only heard Billy; of course they played nothing from Billy, except for the first 10 or so seconds of its opening track. I actually ran over from the merch booth at that moment just for it to end and the singer to laugh and say that's all they remember of that song.
Anyway, at worst, each album has good songs on it. Dull is easily my favorite from Astray.
