This was honestly his final great record. After that he stopped being his edgy self and became le serious with a bunch of pop stars singing his chorus.

one of the only times I ever heard the Autotune throat punching effect used well is on that second verse there. guess Dre really is that good.

We really need another Dre album like this. This is the album he was the most involved with production wise.

Songs per album Dre is credited on the production
>SSLP 3/20
>MMLP 6/18
>TES 4/20
>ENC 8/20
>REL 17/20
>REC 1/17
>MMLP2 0/16
>REV 1/19
>KAM 0/13
>MTMMB 7/20
>TDOSS 2/19

202 songs and Dre has only produced 49 of them, with around 35% of those all being on Relapse. It's also clear his worst album run from Recovery to Kamikaze had the least Dre production with 1/0/1/0. Though I do like many songs from this era I can almost count them on 1 hand. It can't be that much of a coincidence. Yes I know he was the exclusive producer for a lot of them.

It could have been a great album if not for the silly mock middle eastern voice

Dre songs always have funkbeats so they're easy to pick out, Em's own productions have this military march thing that sounds like a COD soundtrack.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. This is how I've always described it too. I've often wondered what he uses to get this sound. They sound like Mission Impossible/007 type shit.

Honestly, becoming a semi-horrorcore rapper would probably be a good move for Eminem. He'd probably become less popular, but the quality of music would remain pretty high, and he wouldn't have to make up stories about people cancelling him.
