There's not much going on musically on the entirety of pet sounds is the problem. Sure there's some ambiance to it but it's nothing THAT IMPRESSIVE especially not with what was being released at the same time. But it's dumbed down and soulless in a way where it's accessible to "cool teens" (now morbidly obese and with an extension knowledge of anime heroes) on platforms like TikTok aswell as appealing to le chudjaks because Beach Boys man was le conservative or whatever.
