Being a loser who spends a lot of time online isn't the only way to get exposed to such ideas.
I also mentioned universities for example.
Not to mention those who aren't losers who still get into the wrong "niches" (ideological or pornographic) and get influenced that way.
A lot for example are teenage girls who get influenced by seeing everyone around them treat those who come out as trans like brave heroes that deserve all the praise in the world, and end up thinking it's a cool thing to be and subconsciously convincing themselves they're trans too. Look it up, their numbers are unthinkably high compared to 15 years ago.
There are also some that are born like it due to genetic or epigenetic factors, some that become trans after being molested, etc.
There are lots of ways it can happen, but the one way that is relevant to the crazy increase in their numbers of the past 10/15 years, is the spread of pro-trans ideologies, oftentimes deliberately done to increase the number of trannies in the world so that being like that is more normal and accepted, which, considering how much suffering they know they're inflicting on those who end up becoming trans because of this, is as evil as those with aids trying to spread it to reduce their disease's stigma (I don't even know if this actually ever happened or it was just a scary myth, unlike the trans version which they're quite open about).
