>>127022206 >>fails to write her own shit >>becomes forgotten
She just lost interest. Probably witnessed some lame shit too. She's more family oriented, spiritual, and wants to do her own thing.
That said, /mu/ shouldn't regurgitate Rolling Stone. This isn't the greatest album by any means.

i honestly never cared for her solo work, i liked her more as part of the fugees (as a kid i always mixed them and Digable Planets up as the same group, dug both of them groups, i guess just the whole two guys one girl thing was rare in hip-hop so to me they wuz the same group when i was 11 and listening to all that shit on Hot97 in 1996 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8sNnNRhQ2g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyeI43BeR54

She's one of those full-hearted emotional Christians and the obvious horribleness of show business, especially as a beautiful and prodigiously talented young woman, was understandably unattractive to her. I think she's a little bit schizo as well as she appears perennially unable to honor professional obligations. It's a shame she wasn't more prolific because she has one of the best voices ever.

Greatest album that nobody cares about. Seriously, how the fuck did it get so hyped up? I've never heard anybody irl even talk about it
She didn't lose interest. She just wanted all the glory for herself, failed miserably when she tried to actually do things by herself, but didn't have the guts to do the honorable thing and actually credit her collaborators for their contributions on future projects, so she stopped making any projects at all.

Doo Wop's outro still hit me close to home and i hate it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71rs8r5GXzY&t=292s >Maybe sometimes they never been loved before, Or they never been in love before, they never... They don't know what the feeling is to be loved
They had no reason to say those things, with a sad flute playing in the back
>>127022158 (OP) >>drops the greatest album of all time >bitch looks like a lighter skinned female version of sticky fingaz from onyx >alienates everyone that worked on the score >even though diamond d produced the title track and was insanely popular, his experience was so bad that he's refused to speak about it at all in public
what a train wreck.

That was pre-Oct 7th.
She has expressed solidarity with Palestinians.
Upon review the ZOG has removed all the accolades they bestoyed on her in the Great Awokening.
She is now unperson.
