No. This album has some of the band's highest highs, but also some of the lowest lows any band has ever released, namely Today's Supernatural and Monkey Riches. Then there's some middling material. So overall it's no higher than a 7. Still a good album.

The reception of this album is fundamentally backwards, the cluttered clusterfuck of a mix is what makes the record unique and engaging, the songwriting is what lets it down. Usually people seem to sing the praises of the compositions while disparaging the sound and I just donโt get it.
