Rent a rehearsal space for a few hours early in the morning when nobody else is making noise. You can scream your head off and nobody will give a shit. If you try to record screaming in any normal location the police will be show up. I was in a hardcore band in college and neighbors called the cops on us twice while we were recording vocals because they thought it was a domestic violence thing. Our bathroom soundproofing didn't do shit.
