Horrible condition, looks like it isn't even playable. You're gonna have to spend several grands more on restorations if you ever want it to sound good.

It looks pretty rough, could be tunable but it might take two passes to get it stable. Atleast no broken strings, unlike the Bechstein.

It sounds like the Bechstein is somewhat keeping pitch but it will probably never sound good unless you change strings, tuning pins, hammers etc. You're looking at at least $10k to get it to just an ok state. Also you can see the cast iron frame has been cracked and bolted back together which is worrying lol
