I am *a* Bob Welch poster but there’s many of us. Cuz you just gots to love the Welchster dadd-ay! What a gem this recording is. Shortly before Welch left the band, leaving the ‘Mac in a creative hole they would never crawl out of.

I imagine Buckingham’s jealousy toward Welch’s superior songwriting skills would’ve derailed that incarnation of the band. Buckingham did play guitar on Welch’s solo smash hit version of Sentimental Lady though
