Fuck I hated growing up. Too young to see my favorite bands live. Then when I was old enough they either weren't around or they were replaced with fucking crazy frog.

I'm an occasional lurker of /mu/, but whenever I browse the board the past ten years, threads were always about "old" (for lack of better word) music and bands.

Based on my favorite albums, the "right generation" for me would have been 2001-2006 a majority of them were recorded in this time span, the 2000s marked the end of the golden era of music if you ask me.
