What are your go to songs that put you in a good mood? I'm sick of this pretentious fart huffing when it comes to music. No one unironically sits there and listens to Swans tracks on repeat, post songs and albums that make life fun to live.

My application of the term "pretentious" is not applied to the art itself but to some of the listeners, just use an incredibly obvious example a song like Stair Way to Heaven, fantastic song, a very important rock track. My point is who in gods name is sitting around listening to Led Zeppelin 4? Who listens to stairway to heaven on repeat? It's not that kinda music. My annoyance is at people recommending Dark side of the moon or Lift your skinny fists when they don't actually listen to that, you're listening to music that's way more popish anyway. Just say Revolver and move on. If you've listened to "Time" once that's too many times as far as I'm concerned.

I used to listen to it on repeat every day, lol. It's not simple, listening to all kinds of music that invokes strong emotions is usually more fulfilling than just "feel-good" music. Obviously you can like both, but you sound like a little kid who's baffled as to why adults don't eat candy all the time.
