So /mu/, did he deserve his sentence? Or was the victim just an opportunist crackhead who had something to gain by getting him locked up?

Did we really need more Viper? Hilarious persona, but depraved beyond what has come out about him.

Viper was a broke retard, so I wouldn't expect any incentive on the part of the victim to lie

Yes, maximum of 15 years. Elegible for parole in 2031.

He didn't plead guilty for rape as far as I know, he plead guilty for sexual assault. Which is obviously still bad on the surface, but I am suggesting that maybe things aren't as they appear on the surface. I don't know the details of the case, but he was clearly heavily involved in one way or another with the victim, and he was also almost certainly heavily involved in distributing drugs, so it doesnt seem unreasonable to me that accepting this plea deal was better than any other charges he might have gotten had he tried to fight the case.

My line of thinking was maybe she owed him money and he was threatening her with violence or something. His ex wife supposedly was saying that she would contact the victim for viper if he 'got her a car' so maybe Viper wasn't as broke as you would expect.

Obviously it's still entirely possible that he's just a kidnapping rapist and he deserves to be locked up, I just think it's hard to know the truth in a muddy case where every one involved is a crackhead.

>Police arrested a Texas rapper on Monday who allegedly kidnapped, raped and drugged a pregnant panhandler.

>52-year-old Lee Carter, professionally known as Viper, picked up a “vulnerable” beggar and drove her back to his Houston home where he sexually assaulted the woman and forced her to take crack cocaine for 4-5 years, according to allegations in Harris County court records.

>Carter allegedly forced the captive to have sex with him in a windowless, locked garage serving as the woman’s home and issued her the drugs to prevent her from leaving despite her daily pleas. The rapper once cautioned the woman on how much crack he could give her since she defecated on herself when she took too much, court records allege.

>The woman was “hardly able” to ever consume a full meal and only had chips and other snacks to eat, according to the court documents.

>The 30-year-old captive was “extremely malnourished” and weighed approximately 70 pounds when police found her in April. She had not showered in nearly two months, authorities say.

>After the local fire department pried open the garage door, authorities found a non-flushing makeshift toilet, mattress covered with vomit and 10-15 diapers. Carter allegedly boarded up the windows after the woman broke through them to escape. Authorities say she arrived at a hospital and remained there until Carter took her back to his garage.

>The rapper threatened to hurt the woman if she left, according to the court records.

You'll cowards don't even rape pregnant panhandlers
