For me it's not listening to 100 year old boybands like the Beatles

You've just overplayed Rubber Soul.
Anonymous No.127324795 [Report] >>127325079 >>127325259
From Rubber Soul, I like:
Michelle
Nowhere Man
Run for Your Life.
From Help:
Help!
Ticket to Ride.

I guess Rubber Soul wins.

Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont très bien ensemble
Très bien ensemble

Pre Rubber Soul Beatles is legitimately a boyband though

I love the musical aspect, sounds a lot like a Dylans song.
Anonymous No.127325169 [Report]
Anyways, Help and Rubber Soul are both Lennon albums, so I can't choose.

I like Rubber Soul slightly more but Help is closer in quality than most people think. Help-Peppers is the band’s true golden era and best run of four albums.

you don't like I've Just Seen a Face or Yesterday?

not really

they are fine songs, but compared to the rest of the catalogue...

damn Seen a Face has my favorite rhyming in any of their songs

I haven't heard that song in a while.
Re-listening...
It is just fine, for the bealtes.

It's not very deep.
I like John's deeper lyrics.
Anonymous No.127325322 [Report] >>127325333
>>127325295
it's not about the content, just the rhyming scheme of ABABCDCDB
besides, sometimes less is more, and Paul's silly love songs touch me more with their innocence than John's attempts at depth when they fail. Peak John is amazing but a lot of his lyrics are also just the kind of stuff you think of when you're high.

I get what you're saying.
I do enjoy the folky sound of that song.

I think I agree with you.

From Help I really like
>The Night Before
>You've Got to Hide Your Love Away
>Ticket to Ride
>Tell Me What You See
>I've Just Seen a Face
>Yesterday

From Rubber Soul
>Norwegian Wood
>You Won't See Me
>I'm Looking Through You
>In My Life
>If I Needed Someone

Yep I agree.

I remember when I discovered I've Just Seen a Face. I had just moved onto campus for my freshman year of college. I also met a girl so I was thinking of her when I heard it. It gave me so much excitement, not just of what could be with that girl but all the girls I could meet in that new place.

Damn I wish I could listen to the Beatles for the first time again.
Anonymous No.127325453 [Report]
Both are fantastic albums.

But neither contain Maxwell's Silver Hammer.

Have you gents watched the movie Yesterday?

Well, of course tey were.
They were boys who formed a band with no female members.
As they got older, they became a Manband.
What's your point, Skeezix?
