Actually, one of the things I hate the most about the album Nevermind in particular is how clean and laminated it sounds. It sounds awful given the heaviness that it's going for. I'll give you that it's old though. There's music that predates Nirvana by ten to twenty years that doesn't sound as timestamped as their music. There is absolutely no reason to listen to this band if you're not a member of gen X.
