This has a cool combination of sounds, the electric guitar together with the hi hats, white noise, and synth chords have a great texture. The whistle in the middle sounds a bit random and out of place, maybe make it quieter? You should flesh this out, maybe add some structure to it, like an intro or something. Would be cool to have the kick come in last after all the instruments maybe. Good job!
