His brain is busted beyond belief. It's like all of his energy came from cigarettes and now that he's stopped smoking he's a half conscious mess. Every new project is like a degraded and more lethargic version of This Old Dog. That record at least did a good job at balancing his downtempo sound with his more upbeat spirit. Then he released Here Comes the Cowboy. Everything about that album was lazy. The song titles, the artwork, the music videos, and the tired musical style that was already explored on This Old Dog.
