There are so many beautiful famous girls/women. Why is it a competition between these two in particular?
Men are into Sydney Sweeney because she's the hot girl in movies that they watch, so they're exposed to her far more than they are to Sabrina Carpenter (who makes a type of music that they don't listen to) or whichever other beautiful model or whatever.
Before the Internet there used to be more of a mono-culture, so if a celebrity was famous she was famous across pretty much all demographics, but now most males can't even name 3 songs by even the top female popstars.
Taylor Swift could be a guy's perfect 10 and she still wouldn't be the main object of his lust because he's pretty much never exposed to her, while the 8 that stars in his favorite TV show might be closer to being his "celebrity crush".
With that said, if this was a competition between the two, and they both did the same thing so the above variable is eliminated, men would see Sabrina and think she's pretty (which is good but not worth lusting over if not in person), then see Sydney and go AWOOGA BOOBA BOOBA MILKY MOMMY CUM CUM CUM.
Sydney's selling point being more sexual than mere beauty is easier to transmit through a screen, so even the men who would prefer to make out with Sabrina than Sydney IRL, on a screen they're still getting more of Sydney's strengths than Sabrina's.
