No and LSD is not a light drug. I smoke weed every single day, I’m never not on thc, but I only trip once every few years and it’s so intense that I don’t feel like taking it again for a long time. I definitely can’t be out in public on lsd, unlike weed. But the music enhancing effects of lsd blow thc out of the water. Music you wouldn’t even normally care for that much sounds so different, sometimes indescribably beautiful.
But lsd is just too much to be taking recreationally regularly, lasts way too long is the main problem. You’ll still be coming down 12 hours later. Shrooms are better for first time psych users as the effects are very very similar but shrooms don’t last as long and are way easier to dose the proper amount safely.
And yeah don’t think that you’ll just take them and then sit there and jam out in pure bliss. There’s a reason that the only way I use them now is every few years, out in nature (crucial), and I’m ready to spend the next few hours overanalyzing everything including myself, my past, and my place in the world until I’m practically sick of it. With some nice connection and appreciation for the beauty of nature mixed in.
And don’t believe the bullshit that you learn lessons that change your life. The trip might be on your mind for a couple days, but you will always return to normal life quickly And there are no secret answers of the universe that you can unlock by taking drugs, that’s utter bullshit. The profound sense of understanding you will experience on psychs is purely an illusion of pattern recognition. Everything appears to slide into place and make perfect sense in relation to all other things (probably related to why music sounds great on it), but it’s just a mirage of nonsense reasoning as your brain misfires from the serotonin overload.
