Only the 1st one is on Soundcloud, but you can find II and III on soulseek easily.
But basedboys like myself copped the cassettes when they were still available. Culture Clash II vinyl was just pressed this year, and III will come next year.

Skrillex started with Complextro and pivoted to Brostep, which is essentially Complextro with Dubstep rhythms. Though he's touched on "REAL" dubstep a few times before, especially with tunes like Tears from Quest for Fire.
I fkin love Dubstep and Brostep, but they're pretty distinct genres. Dubstep is moody bass music for chavs on ketamine. Brostep is party festival music for teenage boys and molly ravesluts.

Umm AKSHALLY Burial fits in with dark 2step like El-B, Ghost, Horsepower, etc. more than the Dubstep scene, though it was very closely related. I would say his first self-titled album was dubsteppy, but he didn't really stick with it, leaned into 2-step rhythms with Ambient / industrial soundscapes for Untrue. And since then has mostly made wanky ambient and "deconstructed" house shit. Not bad, but not my thing.
