Alright I'm gonna do that tomorrow. I wanna believe it's empty threats but the fact that this has been going on for two months makes it sound obsessive and more personal. And if the police are involved maybe they don't fear much. Even if the police aren't involved, Canada is a fucking joke. My brother would get more time for defending himself than the criminals would for doing a home invasion, and they know this. I think I need to get his ex's contact info and talk to her, but I'll talk to the lawyer first. Another thing kinda weird, but maybe not, his ex-girlfriend is black, and the two cops that showed up were also black. You don't really see a ton of black cops around here and the coincidence has me paranoid.
I just can't believe what a hellhole this country has become. And the whole world for that matter. It seems like victimization from gangs is going to become more and more commonplace for everyone, and there's not a ton that can be done about it.
Another option I'm considering is going to the Hells Angels clubhouse that's down the street from me. My aunt was murdered by a biker before I was born, and for years the HA watched over my family. Years ago my mom's crazy boyfriend was being psychotic and my uncle showed up with a bunch of HA and they beat the shit out of him. Maybe my family still has some credit with them. My brother lives 2 minutes from me and I know they don't like that kinda shit happening in their neighborhoods, and they also own the cops in this country. Sounds like a crazy idea but a lawyer isn't gonna go to my brother's house to protect him and apparently the police aren't going to either.
