yes. bot to make something appear bigger than it is, get the morons to think it's important, morons flock and throw their money down the drain.
>>127539965
also, because she's been around so long, her early career was boosted by traditional radio payola. she changed with the times.
little kids don't notice when their tablet autoplays specific stuff every time, they just let it brainwash them to ask their parents to buy merch and low quality vinyl to hang on the wall.
>>127540806
record labels and spotify openly engage in behavior pushing certain artists in playlists and algorithms. payola is literally legal on streaming services.

A cutie in my work enthusiastically told me this and I tried to entertain her by pretending to be interested. She was so adorable explaining that too.
If I bag her, I would never talk shit about Taylor again.
>>127539952 >>127539965
you guys act like those liberals who blame economic differences between races strictly on racism with no other explanation possible >oh this woman is super popular! Must be bots. No other possible explanation.
>>127541529
they bought them to re-sell and real people bought them to attend. Are you really that stupid to think that was some sort of proof that you were right?
>>127541563
right about what? that spotify bots stream music, even by popular artists? because that is true. taylor swift is obviously obsessed with numbers, so botting streams makes sense for boosting numbers to completely ridiculous levels. you brought up the tour out of nowhere.
>>127541644
her tour represents her true popularity since you can't fake crowd numbers or how much people paid in tickets. If she has the biggest tour ever then why wouldn't she have the biggest streaming numbers too then?
>>127541668
i just explained that popular artists will still bot to get higher numbers. these are insane people with rotten brains, they need the numbers to be bigger and bigger no matter what. plus, when everyone else is botting, you need to bot too to keep up and make sure your numbers stay bigger. obviously she has real fans.
>>127541713 >when everyone else is botting, you need to bot too
then who gives a fuck then? You just scale everything down and everyone is in the same position anyways. She's still the biggest artist bots or no bots. The first post in the thread was saying she has no fans and it's all bots.
>>127541767 >The first post in the thread was saying she has no fans and it's all bots.
it was a joke, chillax. >then who gives a fuck then
lol, this kind of behavior is what is stifling music and creating today's stale, desolate pop landscape. >She's still the biggest artist
god forbid anyone say anything bad about your queen. shouldn't you be doxxing music critics on xitter?
>>127541834
I don't even like Swift but people make such stupid statements that I'm just chiming in to correct them. It's always the same posts about how she has bots with no real fans or how she does 0 writing of her own and producers do everything.
>>127541897
why do you feel the need to defend her from random people making exaggerations on 4chan? if i say "taylor swift beheads babies and eats poop" are you going to reply and say "nuh uh"?
>>127541917
I'm tired of rampant stupidity plaguing the world and try to do my part to teach critical thinking skills to people in hopes to raise their IQ levels.
>>127542020
well in this case i would say you are not critically thinking. i have pointed out many issues but you hyperfixated on one thing that wasn't even saying what you thought it was.
>>127541668 >you can't fake crowd numbers or how much people paid in tickets
You may be right about crowd numbers, but ticket prices are easily manipulated through scalpers using bots and Tickmaster implementing "variable" (read: manipulated) pricing on the face value of ticket at its initial sale.
>>127542114 >ticket prices are easily manipulated
no they aren't. They go by how much tickets are priced at the start and do the math once it sells out. It will never be less than estimated so if anything it's actually under-valued due to scalpers.
>>127539965
Actually yes, because all of her income comes from ticket sales and scalper bots play a huge role in driving up prices. She would probably not even be 10% as rich as she is right now without scalpers.
you haters always dunk on Taylor but she's out there on the road 300 days of the year, living in roach-infested Motel 6s and eating fast food for her fans
>>127543324
Think the '13 tour was the last one. It was really because she distanced herself from her early pop country phase so she stopped playing a guitar.
I love her and I don't get why anyone who calls themselves a fan of her would be adversely affected by this. She deserves to be happy with someone actually willing to commit who isn't intimidated by the fact that she mogs them financially and is the most famous woman in the world.
You know, I really adore this woman. For me, it's been a tragic tale of love and loss. I knew her 2 and a half years before her first contract signing, and honestly I stopped talking to her out of irritation of her not involving me. I truly loved her.
I've been banned a few times from her discord server because people didn't like hearing about how much I loved and missed her. So it's really been difficult to acknowledge her music--- none of which details any part of 'us'. Her career is a problem for me... especially since it's the atmosphere of where all of my stolen intellectual property ended up.
