Not to mention his questionable relationship with Paul. Based on everything that's been said, John obviously went too far one night with Paul, who wasn't interested in anything sexual with John, but probably lead him on to make a move. After that night (most likely in India), Paul and John's relationship was never the same. John either told Yoko about this or Yoko sensed it and turned John against Paul completely in the end.
