is struggling with issues of identity, sexuality, liminality, invisibility, intentionality, rationality, frugality, and a paintfully limited and finite criminal mentality.

On the Run. But even then for '73 it's a damn good piece of synthesizer.

on the run is the obvious answer but doesn't really count

for REAL songs I'll say Any Color you Like. i know she isn't black, but she sounds black and that makes me mad (i'm racist against black people)

>justify your accusation.
its a very standard pop rock song, nothing special

My favorite part of the album is Brain Damage/Eclipse
based ROGER takes the mic and steals the show

so much anger in the words tho
he first time I heard it I felt like I was listening to a punk song but made by real musicians.

I was young and it was the first time I heard music that was realy tense but sounded smooth.
i didn't know music could be like that

Any Colour You Like because it's the only song that completely interrupts the flow of an otherwise perfect album. It just sounds like a random improv jam, and not a particularly interesting one.
It would have been so much better for Brain Damage to jump straight into Eclipse

Money. It's cheesy and does't really fit in with the rest of the songs.

This. Works as a single but it ruins the flow of the album. Great gig in the sky into Us and them flows much better.

Any Color You Like is the extended jam that people would die for if the album was 20 minute tracks. Nah I think it's an album peak

Better question is which one's the best song.
(it's Brain Damage)

agreed HOWEVER -- this song came on while i was on a bunch of mushrooms, and i realized that money not fitting in with all of the other formidable songs about formidable topics, the type of all-encompassing concept that simply humbles you on a profound level(time, color, the darkside of the moon, etc.), money simply cannot ever get there, and it is by its very nature that this is this case; it is an ugly and artificial formality, undertones of deception and desperation are from it inseparable; it is a symbol of mankinds hubris and does not have the tinge of real beauty which the other songs have and this makes sense fundamentally.
