Do you have the ability to hear complete scores in your head without any external influence? How would one go about acquiring such a skill?

You would just have to be born with something like that. Like perfect pitch. Like people who are just really good at math. They just are. Sure you can learn math too but your brain will never be able to process it like theirs.

Ya, I used to "listen" to arragements of songs I was doing sitting infront of paper and write down it what came in where ans how it built. Im good at visualization too so its probably tied to that.
Pick a song you love and know really really well. Try to hear anything about it. If you can then its basically skill training. Hear the vocals of the chorus and do it until you can recall it easily. Then the whole chorus with instruments. Then add the verse after. Then try and hear the entire song back to front. Baby steps and it will probably take awhile. The best part is if you can get there then you can start changing shit around, like "what if there was a string section here" or what if I moved this chorus here. Shits tight, try it.

I have a hard time imagining people not being able to hear and see stuff in their mind
