Weed is just a plant that exists for us to enjoy. Smoking weed is someone's personal business that shouldn't be speculated about any more than what you eat or your sex life.

Its not good for some people. I had a friend who was a college graduate who had his whole life planned out but then decided to start smoking weed in his late 20s for some fucking reason. Now he's in jail because they caught him trying to steal medication from a local pharmacy. Basically everyone who knew him cut connect with him because weed turned him into a fucking insufferable insane retard. Hopefully when he gets out of the jail he'll wise up (doubt).
