Remember the short period when posthardcore music was pop music. You would hear the tunes on the radio and see the videos on MTV and MUCH.

it was called "third wave emo" and most of it was definitely not post-hardcore. Panic at the Disco with I Write Sins Not Tragedies and whatever Fall Out Boy was putting out at the moment and so on

man the third wave did produce some fucking bangers though

I remember the first time I saw pulmonary archery video on much music. Shit blew my mind. I was a little kid who was getting his ears opened to new music from gta vice city of all places. Really pissed off my parents when I purchased this album and played it 24/7

The s/t is just too damned good, Canada was heralding a true emo masterpiece while America was having its emo children drift into pop spaces. But man did AOF ever hone in on something universal with that. And their whole discography while you mention it

FNAF were posed to dominate a moment, the singles were so fucking good. I worry the moments are only reserved for nostalgia from Americans looking for Burnout 3: Takedowns (one of the best games I've ever played)

Wasn't really post-hardcore though, maybe inspired by some of it, the shitty bands like Refused and Grade

I remember Reinventing Your Exit being played on the radio. Idk if it was just in the South/Florida but its the only song with screams ever played on radio. Face Down by Red Jumpsuit Aparatus was the closest to scene music having radio play.
