For all the youngins who don't really know who this is or why she's cool. Blondie was a trendy, influencer/singer in the late 70's early 80's and when she was featured on a rap song in like 1982 or something her main stream cosign is what kinda made white people start taking rap serious and not just something black kids were doing in the ghettos of new york city. But she was the first major pop star to rap on a record and give hip-hop a main stream stamp whereas her fans and white people were like ok, if she says ok then it's ok. We can allow hip-hop to be a real thing. She's like the only white female that gets respect from the original hip-hop community.
