I love it, it's a lot of fun with spellcasting, cool fighting movies, good and evil paths, and it flows really well. Honestly it's not that challenging unless you have it on the hardest setting, but it's a great story.

Believe it or not, it is actually considered like a literary classic in The Netherlands and I read it for Dutch classes. Paul Verhoeven (Robocop, Starship Troopers) made a really good movie based on it. It is filth, but it's really good. I'm also just not much of a reader and this is one of the few books I really remember reading, the alternatives are other weird Dutch books that are all about deranged autistic fathers. Best one out of those is still completely obscure internationally and is about a nonce with a foot fetish who kills his own daughter and cuts her up with a chainsaw. At least Turks Fruit is something that people outside of the Netherlands might recognise because of the Verhoeven movie. Dutch literature is just very edgy I guess.

You can give reccs. Personally I don't know what to suggest, I just look at everyone's favs and if I see an album I know I listen to the rest of the favs so maybe I find something I like as well.
